Freelancers and Projects in the entire World

I am needing an app created for my gym that enables members to keep up to date with us..
It would need a few tabs (home, about us, contact, locations, external link to our website, facebook pages etc)
it also needs to link to the timetables on our website (in pdf format).. there is currently 1 timetable for 1 location, but a 2nd is going to be needed in the next couple months, and more down the track, so this will need to be taken into consideration.
I can provide any required artwork etc...
